RAFTING IN THE COLCA

Exciting experience of canoeing in the Colca Canyon between the months of April to December, here we have class I, II rapids. We leave Chivay early (8:00 a.m. approx.) In the direction of the village of Sibayo "Rumillaqta", a stone village, for maintaining its typical stone, mud and thatched roof constructions.
08:45 am Visit to Sibayo and then we will go to the suspension bridge and then go down to the river, boarding place, to attend the talk of the Guide with the instructions on the techniques and safety to carry out this activity and we begin to navigate over 3850 meters above sea level. travel will be approximately 6 km will take approx. 1: 30hrs in the river. We will have class I, II rapids and in the course we will find a variety of waterfowl on the river banks in their natural habitat.
At the end we will take our snck and return to Chivay in our private mobility.
