Day 01: City of Huaraz (3100 m) / City of Chiquian (3400 m) / Llamac (3300 m) / Camp. cuartelhuain (4200 m).
Departure from the city of Huaraz at 7:00 a.m. south to the city of Huaraz, visiting the city of Chiquian at 2100m, where we will continue along a road that goes through the villages of Llamac 3300m, and Pocpa until we reach Cuartelhuain 4200m, where we will pass our first night.
Day 02: Camp. cuartelhuain (4200 m) / Cacananpunta pass (4700 m) / Camp. Mitucocha lagoon (4230 m).
Departure at 8:00 am after breakfast we continue with the tour, for 5 hours heading towards the Mitucocha lagoon camp 4230 m, crossing the Cacanan pass point 4700 m, where we can observe the impressive valleys, crossing the pass we will arrive at the lagoon of Mitucocha to appreciate in beautiful mountains and the mirror of water of the lagoon, here we will spend the night.
Day 03: Camp. lagoon Mitucocha (4230 m) / Carhuac pass (4650 m) / Camp. lagoon carhuacocha (4200 m).
After breakfast we will continue our route for 5 hours towards the Carhuac Pass 4650 m, where we descend to the camp in the carhuacocha lagoon to appreciate the mountain, highest in the Huayhuash mountain range the majestic Yerupaja 6634 m, and spend the night together to the lagoon.
Day 04: Camp. lagoon carhuacocha (4200 m) / Step siula (4800 m) / Camp. Huayhuash (4330 m).
This very early day we can observe the beautiful sunrise in the Huayhuash mountain range observing the water mirror with the incredible mountains reflected in it the Yerupaja 6634 m, after breakfast as always beginning to walk towards the Siula pass observing the route the beautiful lagoons of Siula and Quesillococha then continue to the Siula pass 4830 m, continuing the journey to the Huayhuash camp.
Day 05: Camp. Huayhuash (4330 m) / Pass Portachuelo (4750 m) / Camp Viconga (4430 m).
After breakfast we will continue our journey to the Huayhuash pass, observing the 5644m snow-capped Trapezium, and the Puscanturpa 5430 m, and the Raura mountain range. Then we continue down the Viconga lagoon to the Viconga camp to go to the thermal baths and spend the night in this very nice field.
Day 06: Camp. viconga (4430 m) / Paso punta cuyoc (5000 m) / Mirador san Antonio (5020 m) / Camp. Huanacpatay (4200 m).
Departure at 8:00 am after breakfast we start walking for 7 hours towards the Cuyoc pass, observing the Cuyoc and Puscanturpa mountains, from the highest point we can observe many mountains of the mountain range, here we will start descending towards the place denominated Elephant pampa for then to then go up to the San Antonio viewpoint 5020 m, from here we can see the impressive Huayhuash Cordillera and impressive lagoons then we continue towards the Huanacpatay camp to spend the night in the middle of the valley.
Day 07: Camp. Huanacpatay (4200 m) / Huatiac (4350 m).
After breakfast we will start walking down the huanacpatay valley towards the Huallapa town where we will pay by camp and continue with our journey going up towards the Huatiac camp observing the mountains of this area.
Day 8 camp. Huatiac 4350 mts - Paso Tapush 4750 mts - Susucocha camp 4740 mts --- (5 hours walk)
Departure at 8:00 am, after breakfast we start walking towards the Tapush pass 4750 m, observing the Mudo devil, the Susucocha lagoon and in the distance the Cordillera Blanca descending through the valley we will visit the Susucocha lagoon where we will set up camp for ascend the next day the Mute Devil.
Day 09: Camp. lagoon susucocha (4740 m) / summit devil mute (5350 m) / Step Yaucha (4800 m) / Camp. lagoon Jahuacocha (4066 m).
Departure at 2:00 am, after breakfast we will start walking up the moraine until the entrance to the glacier, here we will use all the climbing material to reach the top of the Diablo Mudo 5350 m, from here we will observe a large part of the mountain range , then descend the same route until the end of the snow, we go to the Yaucha pass 4800 m, where we observe much of the Huayhuash mountain range and with a little more luck we can observe the typical bird condor of the Peruvian Andes, then we continue descending through the valley and from above we can observe the beautiful lagoon of Jahuacocha and the Jirishanca in this place we spent our last night next to the lagoon of Jahuacocha.
Day 10: Camp. lagoon Jahuacocha (4066 m) / paso pampa Llamac 4300 mts - Llamac 3300 mts (return to Huaraz) (5 hours of walking and 4 hours of transport)
After breakfast we start to camp to walk to the small pass Pampa Llamac where for the last time we can observe the majestic Huasyhuash mountain range. We continue with our journey descending to the town of Llamac where the bus will be waiting to return to the city of Huaraz.
