SANTA CRUZ TREK - PISCO CLIMBING

Day 01: City of Huaraz (3100 m) / City of Caraz (2200 m) / Cashapampa (2970 m) / Camp Llamacorral (3760 m).

Departure from the city of Huaraz at 7:00 a.m. to the North of the city of Huaraz, visiting the cities of Caraz 2100m, where we will continue along a road that leads to the village of Cashapampa 2900m, where we will start the hike through the ravine, appreciating a lot of vegetation our trek has a 4 hours journey until we reach the Llamacorral camp 3760 m, where we will spend the night.

Day 02: Camp Llamacorral (3760 m) / Lagoon Arhueycocha (4350 m) / Camp. Taullipampa (4250 m).

After breakfast the camp is collected, then we continue the tour, for 7 hours towards the second camp Taullipampa visiting the lagoon of Hatuncocha and then the lagoon of Arhuaycocha 4450 M, in the base camp of Alpamayo then we went to the camp to be able to pass the night preserving the beautiful sunset in the mountains.

Day 03: Camp Taullipampa (4250 m) / Step union point (4750 m) / Camp Cachinapampa (3700 m).

After breakfast we start to walk to the highest point of the union point 4750 m, to be able to observe much of the mountain range with many mountains such as Santa Cruz, Taulliraju, Artesonraju, Pucahircas and far the gigantic Huascaran, then descending through the valley for 4 hours towards the camp cachinapampa 3700 m, to spend the last night.

Day 04: Camp. Cachinapampa (3700 m) / Vaquería (3700 m) / Camp. Cebollapampa (3900 m).

Departure at 7:00 a.m. After breakfast we start walking towards the small town of Huaripampa and then go up to the village of vaquería 3700, to take the bus and move to the place called Cebollapampa 3900 m. where we will spend the night here.

Day 05: Camp. Cebollapampa (3900 m) / Pisco base camp (4665 m).

Departure at 9:00 a.m. After breakfast we continue walking for 3 hours towards the base camp of Pisco 4665 m. Here we will spend the night watching the sunset.

Day 06: Camp. Pisco base (4665 m) / Pisco summit (5752 m) / Pisco base camp (4665 m).

Departure at 01:00 am, after breakfast we will begin to assemble all the climbing equipment to leave for the summit of pisco 5752 m, crossing the moraine for 3 hours and entering the glacier towards the summit. Then we will return to the camp for the same route to spend the night.

Day 07: Camp. Pisco base / Camp onionpampa (3900m).

Departure at 08:00 am. After breakfast we will pick up the camp to return to Cebollapampa, to return to the city of Huaraz.
