VICOS (EXPERIENCIA VIVENCIALES)
Vicos is a small town wehre they keep the custom. In Vicos you can share a genuine experience of life in the countryside, help in the preparation of food, be part of the festival of Pachamanca and enjoy the customs of a family marked by the presence of the mountain." This experience is complemented with a refreshing visit to the Thermal Baths of Chancos after having returned from the Nevado Copa, the Lagunas de Lejíacocha and Llaqshac, as well as the Quebrada Honda.

Altitude Maximum: between 3100 y 3400 msnm.

Itinerary
Day 01: Huaraz / Vicos.
Reception and tasting of medicinal herbs mate. Visit to fields of sowing, near the shelter (acclimatization). Walk to the viewpoint near the accommodation. We can prepare "Peasant Bread" then we star a conversation with the host family about diferents topics.
Día 02: Vicos
We can walk through all the vicos town, we can visit the school, artisan and we wil identify the medicinal plants and their respective properties.
Día 03: Vicos / Laguna Lejiacocha.
This day we will walk until Lejiacocha lagoon, we Will have a beautiful landscape, you can take a nice pictures. We wil identify the medicinal plants and their respective properties.
Día 04: Vicos / Huaraz
We will prepare a delicious Pachamanca (typical food). We will hear a typical vico´s music, we see off Vicos then we return to Huaraz. Trasfer to the hotel.
TOURIST ACTIVITY
Music and dance.
Preparation of Pachamanca.
Andean Ritual - payment to Pachamama.
Participation in agricultural tasks.
Campfire and storytelling, myths and legends.
Teaching the uses of medicinal plants.
