WILCACOCHA

The Wilcacocha lagoon is located at 3745 meters above sea level, its name comes from the quechua voices (willca - grandson and cocha - lagoon) would mean grandson 's lagoon.
We leave from Huaraz at approximately 5:30 am, transfer from Huaraz to the town of Bedolla. Our trekking starts at the chiwipampa bridge, the center of santa cruz, which lasts 4 hours passing through different small towns, we arrive at the Wilcacoha lagoon you can see the duck nest and the wonderful panoramic view. Returning at 05:00 pm in the afternoon to the city of Huaraz.
